REGULATIONS


To ensure a pleasant and peaceful experience for everyone while we care for this place together, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines listed below:

  • The apartment is reserved for the individuals listed in the booking (please do not invite outside guests without prior authorization).

  • Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 

  • Please take care of the apartment, its furnishings, and appliances.

  • Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. 

  • Report any damage or issues (+39 379 246 0304).

  • Store skis, snowboards, poles, and bicycles in the basement storage area, not inside the apartment.Cleaning is included; please leave the apartment in good condition upon departure, a security deposit is required. 

  • A cash security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival; this will be refunded on the day of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation's condition.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and stairwell (fine of €250 to €500; ref. Art. 51, Law No. 3 of Jan 16, 2003, and DPCM of Dec 23, 2003).

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please contact us in advance for different arrangements).

  • Check-out by 11:00 AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date incur a penalty of 100% of the cost of the booked services. Cancellations made between 15 and 59 days prior to the arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked services. Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival incur no charge. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required; this must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email from the property.
